This workshop focuses on a variety of lyra spins and swings and different ways to teach them. We will work at a lower level to the ground where we use force generated from contact with the floor to create spins, swings, and combos of the two, starting with simple spins and moving up to Ginger's signature rib-balance spin. This workshop is ideal for those that are already comfortable with basic spins.
